Our rooms


We offer 45-minute tours of the Learning Centre for lecture groups and school classes, where we explain how to search for literature, borrow and reserve books and extend your loans. Please send us an e-mail if you are interested.

Our regulations

We value respect and cooperation and want to offer a pleasant working environment for everyone. When you come to the Learning Centre, we therefore ask you to:

Lock all bags in the lockers

Eat and drink exclusively in the cafeteria area

Exception: water in see-through bottles

Be as quiet as possible in the reading rooms

Treat our media and rooms with care

Make sure that you don’t disturb other people

University account

At the start of your studies or employment at Reutlingen University, you need to activate your university account to receive your username and set an individual password.

Printing, Copying and Scanning

To use the multifunctional printers on campus, you need either your CampusCaRT, your KFRU ID or your library card. Use the machines on the ground floor of the Learning Centre to put credit on your card, then you are ready to print, copy or scan! Find out how.

Scanning is free of charge!

For technical reasons, however, you must have credit on your card.


Scanning without a card?

Save your scans directly to a USB stick on the two book scanners in the Learning Centre.


Scanning at a printer

You can find your print jobs and scans that have been saved to server in the Printing Centre.
