Step 1: Do you need a visa?

Students from non-EU or non-EEA countries require a student visa. This must be applied for at the German Embassy in your home country and obtained before entering Germany. Students from non-EU or non-EEA countries, as well as students from Switzerland, will also require a residence permit issued by the Immigration Office in Reutlingen.
