Students from partner universities must first be nominated by their home institution before submitting an application.

Application for the winter semester

May	1st May nomination deadline 15th May application deadline Applications for student accommodation open
June	Letter of Acceptance + enrolment information will be sent to you
July	Programme coordinators will contact you regarding course selection
August	Information about the Student4Students buddy programme and arrival information will be sent to you Registration deadline for the German intensive course (see Institute of Foreign Languages) Complete your enrolment
September	Move in to your student accommodation (first week of September) Orientation programme Two-week intensive German course Lecture period at ESB Business School begins (mid-September – early February*)
October	Lecture period for the Schools of Engineering (TEC), Informatics (INF), Liefe Science (LS), Texoversum (TEX and School of Sustainability and Technology (NXT) begins (early October – mid-February*)
November	Exam registration (see current semester timetable)
February	Exam period (see current semester timetable)
