The Student Service Centre at Reutlingen University is the first point of contact for all interested parties, applicants, students and alumni. We are your contact for organisational questions regarding your studies. For in-depth individual or group advisory services, please contact the Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB).

The SSC will be closed during the Christmas holidays from 24 December 2025 to 6 January 2026 inclusive. The following rules apply to thesis submissions during this period:
Students can submit their theses via the letterbox in front of Building 3. Please note: The envelope must be clearly marked with the date of submission and the confirmation of submission must be completed, signed and enclosed.
