Earth Overshoot Day is the day on which we have used more natural resources than the Earth is able to regenerate in the upcoming year. If all people would live as they do in Deutschland, this date would fall in 2025 on 3^rd May. That means that the Earth would be in an ecological deficit for the remaining 243 days.
