Each semester Reutlingen University is offering two staRT-weeks in preparation for your studies. The programme ranges from maths and physics courses to events for getting started with your studies, motivation coaching, to a guided city tour.

We offer the following courses in English especially for international students:

Basic mathematics preparation course -
for all international students!
from 5 th to 9 th October
from 08.30 a.m. - 02.00 p.m.
Online via Zoom

Content: Fractions, logarithms, potencies, differential equations, functions etc. There will be practising time and training material will be provided.

Interkulturelles  Training / Intercultural Training

Contact and interaction with international students are parts of everyday life at an international university such as Reutlingen University. This workshop is intended and open for both German and international students to help you recognise and overcome cultural misunderstandings and difficulties right from the start. Language of instruction: German or English (depending on the language skills of the participants). Participants: maximum 16

The start weeks are not compulsory. Officially you will be a student only from the first day of the semester – but, as is generally known, good preparation is half the job. Therefore our recommendation is that you come along and join in!
