German courses during the semester

Our German courses for the summer semester begin, unless otherwise indicated, on 11 March 2024.

Please note: International students are welcome to join our German courses and workshops.

All courses and workshops found on the English page are suitable for students with little to no knowledge of German (levels A1-A2). Courses for which more knowledge of German is required can be found on our German page.

If you would like to participate in an IfF German course, you must register via the RELAX platform. Registration is possible and binding from 1 March until the the start of the course.

Participation in our general German language courses and the TestDaF preparation course is only possible with an online placement test. Click on the link indicated at the respective course, take the online placement test on your own without other tools. Send us your result including the answers (screenshot) by email and also let us know how long and where you have studied German so far. We will then recommend a course for you and you can register on RELAX from 01 March until the start of the course.
