Collection shelf: Zero Waste

According to Eurostat, each individual EU Citizen produced half a ton of rubbish in 2025. But how can we change this, or at least reduce our waste, reuse raw materials or repare old products, instead of just buying new things.

Our current collection shelf presents a variets of ideas, from zero waste make up to growing your own vegetables. Every little helps - what will you try?

Our tip: why not donate the books that you don't need any more? Until 15th April, we're collecting book donations at the Service Desk. These will be sold for ONE EURO each on 17th April between 4-6pm.

As always, all of the books on the collection shelf can be borrowed, and you can find further media in our catalogue. If you think a book is missing, feel free to suggest it to us!
