Did you manage to beat your procrastination?

The 3rd Writing Night took place on 12th May

Even in the afternoon, the Learning Centre was already buzzing with activity: the study rooms were full of visitors, bread rolls were being spread and yoga mats were being rolled out. At 6pm on the dot, the event started: Mr Dallmann, the vice president for teaching, welcomed the guests, and Ms. Bukenberger (IfF) and Ms. Ebrecht introduced the evening’s programme. There were writing and research consultations in English and in German, regular yoga sessions designed to give energy or to help relax, sandwiches and coffee from the Knowledge Café. The 10-minute massage sessions were particularly popular: the masseur was completely booked from 6.20pm until 11.50pm.

We hope that you enjoyed the evening and made progress on your project. For those who unfortunately couldn’t be there, take a look at our pictures below!

Writing and research support is also available all year round: take a look at our website (writing support / research support) for more information. The Writing Night was a joint event from the Institute of Foreign Languages and the University Library.
