Awarding of Certificates & Graduation Ceremony

The next graduation ceremony will take place on Friday, 22.03.2019, in the Aula (building 6). Degree certificates will be awarded partly in the Aula (distinctions, prizes, etc.) and partly in your School. Please contact your School to find out what has been planned.

Certificates which have not been awarded can be collected from Monday, 25.03.2019, from the Student Service Centre. Collection by a third party is only possible with a letter of authorisation and ID.

Before the certificates are awarded it is important to make sure that there are no outstanding obligations towards the University (e.g. that all library books have been returned). 

Students who have not completed their degree programme by the date of the certificate awards will generally receive their certificates within four weeks after their last examination.
