Students

The standard loan period is four weeks. Three days before the end of the loan period, you will receive an e-mail requesting that you either return the borrowed media or renew the loan.

If the media you have borrowed has not been reserved, you can use your library account to renew your loan for a further four weeks. You can do this up to three times.

Reserved media, electronic devices, interlibrary loans and reference copies cannot be renewed.

Please note: If items are not returned on time, a fine will be charged! Check the due dates of your items via your library account.

University personnel

The standard loan period is four weeks. If no reservation is made, the loan period will be automatically extended by an additional four weeks twelve times.
