Public Holidays

You may well find that public holidays in Germany are different than in your own country. You must be aware that on these days all shops, banks and public offices are closed, public transport operates according to a reduced (Sunday) timetable.

If you are staying in Reutlingen on a public holiday, make sure in advance that you have enough food, drink etc for the duration of the holiday (see "Shopping" in this A-Z list for more details on opening times).
