German Language Courses
The International Office offers German language courses for all international students at the University both before and during the semester.
The semester courses are offered at all levels from Beginners to Advanced. Business German, a preparatory course for the TestDaF exam and online courses are also available. These courses are free of charge, and ECTS credits are awarded for most of them.
The International Office also offers two intensive pre-semester German language courses: a three-week "Summer Course: German Language and Culture" in September, and a shorter course in March.

Please note:
Degree-seeking students must provide evidence of proficiency in German (either DSH, Test DaF or equivalent). None of these exams can be taken at Reutlingen University, but have to be completed elsewhere.
