Application deadlines

If you wish to apply to study at Reutlingen University, please fill out an application form for admission (Antrag auf Zulassung), which is available as a download.

Simply click on "Application" and then on "Antrag auf Zulassung". You can then EITHER

• print out the form as a blank, fill it in by hand, sign it and send it to the University by post by the deadline (see below) OR
• enter your details online and send them to the University electronically. If you do this, you must then print out the completed form, sign it and send it to the University by post as confirmation. Your application cannot be fully processed without your signature.

Please note:
Your application is not complete until you have printed out the completed PDF document, signed it and sent it to Reutlingen University by the deadline and with all the required documentation.
If you cannot print out the application form or apply online, please contact the Student Office (Studierendenbüro) and ask for a paper application form by post.

Once you have completed your application, you will be allocated an applicant number and login password (German only) with which you can

• check and if necessary amend your application form
• track the status of your application
• print another copy of your application form if needed
• fill in a Registration Form electronically if you are offered a place

Your completed application must arrive at the University not later than the below-mentioned deadlines. If the deadline falls on a Sunday or a Public Holiday, then your application must arrive by the end of the following working day.

Applications which are submitted after the deadline, or which are incomplete, will not be considered.
